Amenities and services

The TMCA provides the following amenities for owners, residents and guests

Tennis / Sport Court

The tennis court offers two regulation sized tennis courts and one basketball net for TMCA members. 

Playground

A playground offers fun and enjoyment for neighborhood children.

Walking Paths

Sidewalks and walking paths connect our community and neighboring communities.  The paths offer relaxing walks through meadows and woods. 

Events & Services

TMCA provides a number of events and services for community members.  While the lineup is always changing, past events and services have included:

  • Annual picnic
  • End of school ice cream social
  • Halloween parade
  • Movie night
  • Landscaping/common area upkeep
  • And more! 
The Meadow is a shared common area with a sport court, playground and multiple paths linking the neighborhood
The sport court includes two tennis courts and a basketball net.
The playground was most recently updated in 2021 and includes swings, a playground and a web climber
